First Ventures Go Live
DarServices launches in Morocco, validating our approach to localized digital marketplaces for home services.
Growing the Portfolio
The portfolio expands on both sides: FactuOne, VoltDevis and Silhouett in France; ComptaDialek, AMRIA and ArDiali in Morocco.
Structuring & Focus
HAI Systems is formally registered in France. AgentFlowAI, our AI automation studio, becomes the studio's core focus.
